Returns, Exchange & Cancellation

  1. You may cancel your order before the product is shipped , provided your order has  no tassels , Fall - Pico , Blouse detachment requests 
  2. Custom Orders or  Orders by Specific requests will not be eligible for Refunds , Exchange or Cancellation
  3. Exchange of  Product is only entertained in the event of a defect in the product or an acute color mismatch between the physical product and the product as displayed in our website 
  4. We do not Entertain any returns on Fabrics / Unstitched materials 
  5. Any Return or Exchange request should be raised within 48 hours from the time of receipt of the product  in written via an email  to customercare@signoraa.in 
  6. In the unlikely event that your product has arrived damaged please take photographs of the consignment and share the same with our customer service team 
  7. The Product Returned should be in Original & unused  condition and must be sent along with original bills & tags 
  8. We will evaluate the product hence received for the nature of complaint and decide on the validity of the claim  
  9. In the event of a valid claim you can choose to either get a refund of the amount paid / exchange with another product / Keep the amount as a store credit for futuristic purchases 
Please note that all our products undergo thorough Quality Check when the arrive to us and before being dispatched to you . Since most of our products are handmade with some being very delicate work we urge to handle the products with care so that we may be able to offer you an exchange or refund as per the circumstance 
Customs Duty & Taxes 
Orders that are shipped outside of India may be subject to customs duty , levies & Taxes as governed by the local law. Please note that Signoraa will not bear such charges and we request you to be aware of any such additional duty / taxes before placing an order
